NOTICE TO INDUSTRY

On August 16, 2012, the Board of Directors revised our adoptions of the the 2009 editions of the International Building Code© and the International Fire Code© with an effective date of November 15, 2012.  All modifications adopted in prior years have been continued with these Ordinances.  These modifications were made to bring our codes into compliance with the passage of HB1647/SB729 which will become effective on August 28, 2012, RSMo 321.228. The portions affected by the new State law will be effective on August 28, 2012.
