REQUIREMENTS FOR APPLICATION SUBMISSION

1. Two sets of complete plans with original Architectural /   Engineering seal and signature.  (Homeowner signature acceptable on each sheet, if drawn by owner. 

   a)  One set of St. Louis County approved plans to be returned for job site.

   b)  One additional set of plans for our files

2. "Pink" (Contractor) copy of St. Louis County Permit application.
3. Two sets of specifications, if applicable
4. Completed Mehlville Fire District Permit application

NOTE:  Plans without seals and signatures as stated above cannot be accepted.

IF ALL OF THE MATERIAL ABOVE IS NOT PROVIDED, A DELAYED ISSUANCE OF YOUR FIRE PERMIT COULD RESULT.
